Staying Healthy !!


Hari ini hari jumaat. kelas takde.
Alhamdulillah la, sepanjang hampir 3 tahun kat sini tak penah ada kelas hari jumaat. so bila keinginan untuk balik kampung memuncak, dan hati meronta-ronta teringatkan kampung halaman, bolehlah ambil tiket bas pada hari khamis, malam dan datang sini balik hari ahad, malam jugak. dalam 4 hari jugakla boleh rehat-rehat kat rumah. tapi sem ni I dah grow up sikit, kurang nangis sebab rindu family and boleh kontrol lagi keinginan untuk balik rumah bila tibanya weekend. hihi. tak malu besar-besar pun nangis lagi.


Back to the topic. Recently, I was very aware of the importance of maintaining a good health. and beauty as well. its not that I dont care about being healthy before this, i do care, but just so so. cincai-cincai jela kan. until one day, my neighbor, her age is about 40 something, she has been warded due to diabetes. bila doktor dah check, she's actually having a kidney problems too. her kidney is fully damaged and has lost it functions. Arwah meninggal pada malam dimasukkan ke hospital tu. teringat plak kat arwah, she always said Yaya got my eyes, Yaya's eyes looks like mine la. huhu semoga arwah tenang di sana..


When I asked my mom, she said that arwah suka makan makanan manis2 dan minum air yang bergas, pepsi or mirinda will always be her choice. bila doktor dah sahkan arwah menghidap diabetes, macam-macam la ubat kena telan kan. and those pills actually lead to kidney disease plak. sebab tu la my mom said, bila dah kena kencing manis, buah pinggang pun akan effect jugak, and one more, darah tinggi. 3 berangkai.


Seriously, lepas pemergian beliau, sorang lagi orang kampung aku meninggal dunia due to pecah hati. I was like, takutnyaaaa!!! dah la muda lagi, dalam 30 something gitu. mungkin arwah hisap rokok kot. I dont really know him sebab dia keje kat Pahang dan dikebumikan kat Pahang jugak. kesiannye anak kecik-kecik lagi.. huhu


Sebab tula kesedaran aku untuk menjaga kesihatan semakin kuat. people said, prevent is better than cure. megi dah takde dalam kamus hidup..ececeyy.. hehe bangga jugakla dapat tahan diri dari makan megi. and I'm start drinking 2.5 liter water (or more) everyday, drink milk, honey, and avoiding junk foods, as well as over-sweet foods. hehe. makan buah2 as people said, an apple a day keeps the doctors away.. get enough sleep and doing exercises...


Untuk beauty, I dont take any supplement yet, sebab umur pun macam muda lagi. hehe untuk skin care ade la pakai produk dari korea, memang best sangat-sangat. pastu teringin nak minum jamu but I dont find the right jamu yet. rasa macam nak minum air sirih tapi susah la nak cari daun sirih kat sini. pill minyak ikan kod pun dah lama tak telan. hehe takpe la, beauty comes from within, jaga kecantikan dalaman dulu, bila dah cantik dalam, luaran pun akan nampak cantik.
